Walk to Italian Market + South Street |Townhouse| 3BR| Sleeps 6

The house was clean and as described. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable; however the bed in the second bedroom was hard and seemed to be covered in some sort of plastic, making it uncomfortable. We chose this house because of its proximity to a family member, but for those looking to explore Philly, there are better locations. The street was not particularly desirable, with noticable litter and multiple cars with broken windows on the street. Before the start of our stay we were given incorrect information from the host regarding a security deposit, leading us to believe we would receive money back after the stay, assuming the house was in good condition. We did not receive any money back, and despite the host being very responsive and acknowledging it was their mistake, they did nothing to make it right.

The house was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and in a great location for exploring the Passyunk Square area. It's proximity to the Broad Street line makes getting to other areas of the city quick and easy. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone.
